How Much Is The Security Deposit?
Deposit amount depends on credit score. Credit score under 500 requires {$} to {$} depending on credit history. Scores 500 and over requires a {$} deposit.
Are You Pet Friendly?
We require a pet deposit and some breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions.
What Are Valid Forms Of Payment?
Money order, cashier’s check, debit or credit card. No checks or cash.
Are Roommates Allowed?
Any potential roommates must apply and pass the same requirements as the primary tenant.
If I Am Evicted Or Leave Owing Rent, Will I Be Turned Over To A Collection Agency?
Yes and it will also go on your credit report as landlord debt.
